Welcome to English Club SMAN 88 Jakarta, an inspiring and fun space where students can explore and master English with confidence. Our vision is to provide a relaxed environment where learning feels like an adventure rather than a chore. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced speaker, our club is completely free to join and open to everyone who wants to level up their communication skills. Under the guidance of our supervisor, Miss Rizki Amalia, and our coach, Miss Mentari, our community of over 60 members meets every Thursday from 15:30 to 17:00. We dive into exciting activities such as Movie Days, Podcast Challenges, Challenge Corners, and the English Quiz Bowl. Beyond our weekly meetings, we are also the proud pioneers of the school’s monthly English Day every third week, and we actively represent our school in prestigious external competitions like the Arena of English (AoE) at PNJ and NSDC (National school debate competition).
